What is Escape?

Nailed every wide game? Captured the flag? Smashed a night hike? You should give Escape a try! North Yorkshire Scouts invites all Explorer Scouts to compete in Escape. Now in our 10th year, Escape takes place on 21-22 October 2023! The Escapers are given 24 hours to get between set checkpoints across the Yorkshire countryside while evading Catcher teams.

Have you got what it takes to Escape?​

We've been to Yorkshire Dales, Nidderdale, Howardian Hills, Yorkshire Wolds. For Escape 2023 could go anywhere!

We've had nearly 450 participants from across England.  We expect lots of cunning, lots of resourcefulness and lots of ingenuity! So far, our teams have not disappointed!
